Just what is and who are Total Fitness?
Total Fitness is about whole body training. This means that by building muscular strength, improving the cardiovascular system and getting our diet right through considered nutrition, we will lead a healthier and, therefore, more fullfilling life.
First and foremost, working to achieve a good level of fitness should be fun !! If we are not enjoying our training how can we possibly stick to a health improving fitness regime? It would soon start to become a chore and a list of excuses would soon be thought up as to "why its not a great idea to train today."
Well at Total Fitness every day is a good day to train, but countless pressure from all aspects of our lives can soon impact on our fitness schedule.
But........now here's the thing; without a good level of basic fitness, how many of the other activities which we take part in will start to be affected? Running around the park with the kids? Playing a game of squash with a work colleague? Going for a family bike ride? Playing a round of golf? If we dont dedicate time for ourselves and our fitness, then it will start to impact on every aspect of our lives and will soon prevent us from doing the everyday things that we enjoy so much.
Total Fitness is lead by Mart Speyers and, being based in Sandhurst, just outside Camberley, our business is perfectly placed on the borders of Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. With advanced qualifications in all aspects of Personal Training, Gym Instruction and Nutrition, we can not only help to enhance your level of fitness, but also develop training plans to help improve muscle tone and trim fat.

My aim is to enhance the lives of my clients through considered, structured and balanced fitness and nutrition plans. The potential is already there, we just need to tap into it and realise it.
